NLP & Coaching accreditation
Make an informed choice.
All NLP and Coaching qualifications offered by NLP Birmingham are certified by the Society of NLP (SNLP).
Not all courses are equal. Certification adds real value.
Certification on our training courses is based on demonstrated competence, a suitable attitude and appropriate experience. There are no separate exams: instead, trainers assess your participation and practical skills throughout the course. We believe ongoing practice is a better way to understand how you apply what you have learned.
We take certification seriously. These are active, practical courses, not certificate-collecting exercises. You will need to take part and demonstrate your skills. In some cases, we may recommend gaining more experience or completing additional training before awarding full certification.
We do not offer multiple certificates for attending a single course as an incentive to book. Our focus is on a worthwhile learning experience: practical participation, useful skills and a fascinating course that can change your perspective on the world.
Qualification certification and professional-body membership are separate. After successfully completing the Complete Coaching Package, graduates can apply to join professional organisations such as the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the Association for Coaching (AC) and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council UK (EMCC UK). Each organisation has its own membership application process and requirements.
Before you enrol, ask what successful completion involves and which qualification your programme leads to. You can also check the trainer's background, course content and how practical learning is assessed.
