Founded in 2003 to make NLP training available in Birmingham, NLP Birmingham has also been among the region's early providers of Coaching training.
Lead trainer Mark Peters is a Society of NLP Master Trainer and became an owner of the Society of NLP in 2023. His interest in NLP developed through staff development in his Midlands engineering business, informing an approach that connects learning with practical situations.
How we approach training
Training is designed to combine explanation, demonstrations and practical activities. Learners are encouraged to reflect on their experience and consider how ideas relate to their work, coaching or personal interests.
Course material is reviewed over time, and learners can ask about further support, coaching and continuing professional development after a course.
